I grew up in a home that venerated the arts. Theatre, music, painting, sculpture. All of it.
It was a fantasy of my childhood to capture stuff I saw that I loved and store them for later, hoard them. I would form my fingers into an “V” and scoop things into an imaginary net—wild flowers spread across a hill, stained glass, anything that caught my fancy.
I love photography and dabbled in it over the years. When cell phone cameras came along I was hooked. I travel a lot, see a lot of art, and take a lot of pictures of it. I’m an enthusiast, bordering on evangelist. I haven’t completely enjoyed something until I’ve shared it.
This is a digital journal, sharing art that I’ve seen and enjoyed.
