Mr Pacha in Panama City

I ran across this delightful piece when I was in Panama City, December 2019. I love the work, and I love the message “more graffiti”. It’s on plywood in front of fancy waterfront construction site. The artist is Mr Pacha (instagram @soymrpacha), his other work is excellent too.
